Started eating healthy, a great way to lose weight is to follow a vegan diet. My wife did weight watchers and did it with her (sans meetings) it really works. However, you don’t really need to do that.
My $0.02 on losing weight:
Cut your portions in half
Eat lots of fruit and vegetables
Eat at least 4 times a day
Exercise only makes things better. I suggest calisthenics, yoga, or something of the sort. There’s no need to join a gym or buy expensive equipment.
