Two steps forward 3 years ago

1. Got a sewing machine for xmas and am going to take an intro to sewing at Stonemountain And Daughter in Berkeley.

2.Got a set of nice drawing pencils and started doing some sketching.

I think I like the drawing more than the sewing – maybe I’ll become a fashion illustrator.

going to the eye doctor next week 4 years ago

to get the name of a eye surgery guy … i’ve heard from the hr people at my office that the cost can be as much as $1800/eye.

is this correct?

work for myself
job interview #4 4 years ago

okay – so i just got word back from the 4th company i’ve interviewed with in the last 9 months and they said “you’ve made a favorable impression on the ‘x’ company staff ….. but we have to put your hire on hold”.

this is interesting – and a big message to me that my life as an employee is running out of time.

i guess i have to really start looking at working for myself.
