Improve my posture
Running 7 months ago

I’ve noticed that since I’ve been working out more and going running that my posture is improving. When I used to dance all the time I had incredible posture so I think that my muscles have just weakened. So hopefully if I can keep this running thing up then I will acheive my goal! :D but I’m not really sure if this goal can be “accomplished” neccesarily… I think it’s gonna be a life long process.

I’ve been working out a lot lately. I’m trying to get toned and also just loose some fat! :D haha there’s no point in having nice muscles if there’s a layer of fat over them! I’m also trying to not eat so much. And like if I want a treat I’ll have it, but only a little bit!

The summer is swiftly approaching and I gotta look smokin! :) woot!!!

I stretched for the first time the other day! :D haha I was kinda surprised that I was able to stretch pretty far. But not as much as I used to! my splits were terrible! but I know if I just get back to stretching more often they’ll be back in no time! :D
