How I did it: I began saving about 4 months before I wanted to leave. I was able to work two jobs and live at home to save on cash. As soon as I had the money, I booked a contiki tour and my airfare. After ending a five year relationship where love was lost in the end, I really want to find love again. I want to find a love based on compatibility and mutual interests. I want to find someone I will enjoy growing old with.
So I’ve lost 15 lbs since I moved back to Maryland. Well, I lost 15 lbs within my first 2 months of being back in Maryland. I’ve kept my weight steady for the past 3 months. I think it is just about time to try to loose some more.
I’m leaving in a week. I have my $3,000 spending money saved up. I’m set to receive a paycheck or two while I am away. My itinerary is set. I’m going from Cairns to Sydney over 20 days. Then I am flying to Melbourne for another 20 days. While In Melbourne, I will probably do a trip to Ayers Rock or Perth. We will see : ) I am so excited!
