How I did it: This has been one of the best family holidays we have taken...mainly because it was oh so simple n stress free!We jumped in the car...turned right and headed up the highway. Taking a coastal route was the way to go as the weather has been hot and relentless! Read how I did it…
How I did it: I made an appointment, hydrated well the day before and morning of. Once I had arrived I filled in a few forms sat back in a comfy chair whilst the lovely RN at the blood bank did what she had to do (it didn't hurt a bit) . 8 minutes later I had donated 470ml of the red stuff.
