Now I’m getting better mostly I’m feeling well enough to do this.
It also helps that Spring is arriving and there’s been sunshine and flowers
i walked today and hope to do it again tomorrow…last week I walked on Monday and Tuesday but wasn’t feeling well enough later in the week…hope this week will be even better!

How I did it: Got invited along by some friends who were cavers...borrowed gear from them, then wriggled down a deep dark hole in the ground! It was on one level exhilarating and on another utterly terrifying - it's like climbing underground except if you fall down a crack, you might never get back out. But then again maybe better not to listen to your fellow cavers' scary stories because they're sure to have some! Read how I did it…
How I did it: I just stopped drinking alcohol...It took me 2 attempts, although I did 13 days the first time around so I knew I could do it. 15 days this time. There were times which were hard, but coming here and seeing peoples cheers and comments made me keep going when I felt like giving up. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I had so many pretty journal-type books lying around that I'd kept thinking "I must use that - it would make a great gratitude journal!" but never got round to starting...Because of 43T it made me start one and now i've kept it every day for a week. Read how I did it…
See all "How I Did It" stories...
I’m definitely getting there on this one…or got there if all I’m aiming at is saying yes to more….I already do that now, but want to increase it…
Sat I went to my first big social event at the school where i work – had a fab evening and met loads of new people…
I would have rather spent the eve with a glass of wine and the tv before I went, but had such a good time I’m so glad I made the effort!
I’ve bought the book…in a charity shop for £1.50…now all I have to do is read it! LOL! Maybe in the Summer holidays when I have loads of free time…?!
