How I did it: My real goal was "blog more often, but I wanted to define it, set some parameters,and I've met my true goal. Approximately once a week. I recommend looking up writing prompts when you're having trouble, like the ones livejournal provides. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I had to address my wisdom teeth and my severely broken front teeth, so I took a job that provided dental insurance, and I faced my fears and went to the dentist. The first real step was getting my wisdom teeth out, so I opted to be put under for the procedure and did what I had to do. I had the misfortune of a little bleeding into the tissue in my jaw, brought on my taking "nsaids" but a little vicodin cleared that up... I just wish some… Read how I did it…

I’ve got a cleaning appointment coming up, so I’m gonna call this goal ACCOMPLISHED
I made the appointment.
I got the check up.
I got the wisdom teeth out. OW. SUCK.
Step 4 – chipped tooth. Appointment in 1 week, 3 days.
