Ok.. so, since about 8th grade I’ve had some form of pimple on my face. Not fun
Tried it all.
Now as a senior, it only seems to have gotten worse (or at least harder to get rid of).
I’ve tried some medication.
creams
retin-a micro
salycilic acid in all forms
benzoyl peroxide in all forms
proactive.
None of it really seems to help. I seem some interesting things though. Where my face is broken out, when I put something on it (proactiv.. whatever), it sort of forces the pimple to come to a head. That sucks.
Some parts when I don’t put something, in a week or two the pimples go away. Pimples seem to concentrate on where I use the medication and the medication is concentrated on the broken out area. They just never… go away.
My diet is pretty good. No greasy foods. A good deal of water (maybe i should drink more anyway). But even still.
Its weird. It started on my cheeks a couple months ago and has migrated to my chin.
I’m considering just washing my face like I normally do but without any sort of acne products. I’m kinda afraid that if i’m wrong, my face will break out terribly.
Oh, and proactive is just 3 different treatments of benzoyl peroxide (scrub, liquid, cream). Its an expensive way to buy clean and clear. stupid…
