This goal is not one I am passionate about. Just one I feel I need to know more about. So, if I learn to pronounce it if NOT to speak it, that will be sufficient. Perhaps conversational French?

Mr. Medford taught me at Radford University. He made it easy for me to learn to memorize music. I enjoy Bach,Beethoven…..I have taken this gift for granted. I want to play again for joy.

Actually, I have one. I would like to buy one that holds my music more easily and one that is not quite so heavy. I think that I can move this to a better location for the moment to make it easier for me to make use of it.

First, I must sell them on the value of this language to their vocabulary for life and the ‘help’ it provides in all their reading, and even for studying other romance languages. Then, hopefully, they can take the time to learn this this summer. The two older ones are the right ages for this. Also, this is not offered in upper middle school or high school. Time for me to spend with them doing something purposeful. Need to find a good set of inexpensive texts to do this with.

This ebook or CD book with helps is outlined, and needs editing and completion., I can work on this in tiny amounts of time, and make this happen. Design the label and burn the CD’s and get it copyrighted and sell them.

I think that this can be done by keeping book on myself, time, and date. This is do-abe.

My car has served as a partial rolling office when I meet with clients. It is no excuse for a mess I am not used to. I blame it on being in overwhelm, and what is true, is that on nice days, I want to play not clean it out. Time to stop procrastinating.

Some family members left a mess when they moved out. More on this later. I am working hard to overcome the mess they made, as normal cleaning. Wait until I get to the 6000 sq. ft. basement…..This is going to be an adventure!

Has gotten easier when I truly gravitated to people with my own interests or similar interests. This has been gratifying because they offer so much encouragement. They offer my new perspectives. I am laughing more and this feels good. I also like being a good friend. My friends are diverse. This probably means they represent different facets of me.

While I am able to dress nicely, I am not dressing as well daily as I do in my professional world due to the work I am doing. I would like to make sure I take good care of myself while the bldg. takes what it needs for the rehabbing.

The car does not have to be new, but can be new to me! I have spent a good deal of money on my 1997 Chrysler. I do not need a better car. I am grateful for what I have. This goal may need to wait while I work on the bldg. I thought about looking for a small pickup truck. I have always been a professional, and this is out of character. It is a good choice due to the work load ahead.

I had a unit here that I used for counseling, and then, I did not use it. My husband was will, and after his death, I worked outside of the bldg. Now, while I am working on the property, I would like to work here again, and to let others know about my goals so I may gain more support for the fulfillment of my goals and my purpose.

Right now, I am working on one large unit to get it ready. I am beginning with the plumbing. This is a big goal that will take some months to get done. It will improve the caps for the bldg. With all the units leased,I can apply the 7/10 multiplier and determine the value of the property when it is fully leased. What a goal! It may take 1 year, or even 2 years. A great goal to help support my counseling practice’s operation on a sliding scale.

There are a number of antiques and lots of printing presses in my bldg. and brand new salon equipment that I can dispose of. This is definitely a case of less being more and in this case, less stuff to take care of and also more cash to put back into the property. Once the work has gotten further along, I will seek an investor.

Some 14 years ago, I began working on the brick and mortar building. Now, after the remission of cancer, and the loss of my husband, I am rehabbing it more fully. The bldg. is 12k+ sq. ft. I have a plan. Working on the roof has been fun. Treating the flashing is like playing in the mud. Arduous work, and also fun! I ordered books on how to do the work. A friend offered to work with me, and get paid in money, meals, and my husband’s tools! What a great friend. We have had some laughs with the latest plumbing work. I thank God each day for his kindness and the detail he goes to thinking through what to do next.
