I used to swim back in the high school. Gee, at some point I was like #5 in New Jersey or something (not quite the Olympics, but still a bit serious).
This was a wonderful experience I would like to repeat. This year.
Swimming is one of the least traumatic and most meditative sports. It’s also great for all groups of your muscles, your lungs and heart.
Now all i need is to
1) find a good pool
2) make a schedule
3) actually start swimming
Wish me luck with that.

procrastinations is really about fear and weakness. you are presented with some difficult task, and your subconscious goes like “bawwww, don’t wanna do it. let me do something instead. what would that be… oh wait. that’s right. i’m hungry.”
thinking of that, simply visualize yourself completing the task and the gratification you’ll receive when it’s over. and, view challenges in terms of growing over yourself. if you can do something small, you’ll eventually do something bigger. don’t stop growing over yourself and dare to do more and not go into procrastination.
