I am not sure why I lost the motivation to build it, but it probably has to do with how big of a project it is compared to anything else I have done. I know I can do it, I think I have just been too lazy to put in the effort. I would really like to get it done.

How I did it: It took awhile to be able to do it, so I am extrememly happy I could donate today. When I went to donate the first few times, they did blood tests and rejected me because of low levels of iron. I have had a much better diet over the last year, so I think that is why this time around, my blood was accepted and i could actually donate. Read how I did it…
How I did it: For the last few months, I have been keeping a box where I put in a few things each week which I no longer need or use. I then gave the boxes (because it ended up being 2 huge boxes!) to my friend, so she can sell the stuff at a garage sale fundraiser she is doing at the cat shelter she volunteers at. How I did it: I put out a lot of CVs and got interviewed multiple times, but ultimately I got my current job through a friend who gave my resume to her boss. It was worth it for me...my stress load was reduced so much! My old job was tedious and tiresome, so my new job (although not what I was hoping to find, and definitely not my career) is a relief. It isn't easy, but my day is over at 5pm, and I never have to bring my work home (literally or mentally!) Read how I did it…

I spend a lot of time in front of the computer and so much of it is wasted—that is, spent browsing random sites with no point.
I am going to take this time wasted and make it profitable. I am not going to be necessarily lessening the total amount of time in front of the computer, but changing what I do to be more productive. I have several commitments that I can work on and should work on. I am starting up a business and committed to something, and I could be making flyers, ads, writing emails, etc.
...I tend to get very far ahead of myself with my goals, and I sometimes put off doing things that I should be doing now!
For instance, I have a goal of finishing one of my degrees, which is great but really far off. My smaller goals can be “finish the reading for today’s class” or “finish the assignment.” It feels more rewarding when I finish a goal a day.
To do this, I am going to keep a (private) list of goals to be done daily and weekly. I am thinking, one smaller goal to focus on per day.
