I was in Barnes and Noble and came across ‘14,000 to be Happy About’ and decided to make my own ongoing list/book instead of just 100. Right now I have about 9-10 pages in a journal of things that make me happy! When I’m feeling down or just having one of those days, I just read a little bit of those things and my attitude instantly changes!
