For as long as I can remember I have dreamed every single night! Sometimes multiple dreams. May sound great to some but for me I am so exhausted. I wake up and feel like I am still living life and never sleeping. The dreams are always realistic dreams and involve me doing day to day stuff. No fun fantasy stuff which would be nice from time to time. So for me a good nights rest would be one in which I woke up and remembered nothing!!!
