I’m 5’4 and last time I weighed myself I was 146 pounds I am doing the 4 Hour Body diet. Last week I found I had dropped a jean size from size 12 to size 10 (UK sizes) and I have been on the diet for one month now. Not trying to fit a pair of size 8 jeans but would like to get back to the weight I was when I was about 24 years old.
Will power and a good plan should do it!

I have been to Israel 4 times now and love it – I have taken my Mum there twice and have been there with a friend also. And every trip has been a wonderful experence. The Israelie people are like rock on the outside but are mashmellow inside. Give them time to get to know you and you have friends for life.
The countryside is so unlike the green fields I grew up with, in that it is a very dry and in parts barren land. Travel around and find the green fields (they are there – go north) and do go to the the Dead Sea what an amazing place.
