It’s now been four months since I decided that the time had come to change, to quit getting drunk and acting like a fool. With a slip up here and there, I’ve managed to hold on. The likes of Osval and Katy71 have been a great help and I think that all others in this site, could benifit from their knowlege and assistance. Whilst I’m not moving on from this goal just yet, rather celebrating four months normality and enjoying same. Good luck to everyone struggling with this thing…......
