After a bit of a glitch last week due to a dodgy achilles, I am back on the trail again this week. I am still in reasonably light training, and will look to add only a few extra miles each week. Got a new pair of shoes this weekend, which are working out well so far…working on a website to help with money raising efforts…not looking forward to my first day running in the rain tomorrow
I am hlaf thinking about hitting the Rio marathon early next year, if plans don;t work out for that one then the Vancouver Marathon will be my first
