Removing this one, since I’ve got the fly lady routines thing and it’s duplicating the same thing… still plugging away though ;)
Been working hard on getting to bed before midnight for the last 3 months… seems to be working, because I feel much better and sleep through the night (no more waking up after ~ 4 hours sleep!). So, 7 to 8 hours a night and the world is a much nicer place!
