Lunch. tomato, mozzarella, basil on rosemary
dinner. butternut squash and ham.
snack- apples and peanut butter.
Next step exercise and sleeping more than 4-6 hours a night.

I have had this goal of getting back in shape. It’s time to refocus and work on it.
Today I worked on healthy eatting.
lunch – tomato, mozzarella, basil on rosemary bread. with lemon juice
snack – cup of strawberries and walnuts
Dinner – couscous, steak, grilled veggies
snack – chocolate covered sunflower seeds

Swam by myself

Swam by myself with no paddle board for part of the pool. I can now swim as long as I can breath out under water once I raise my head to breathe I lose my balance. Practice Practice Practice

You may start thinking I was in construction. I live in NYC. and always had a dream of living in a warehouse with lots of space.
With my husband’s auction business, my jewelry and life coaching, owning and renovating a warehouse to suit all these needs would be perfect. except…...
cost. A warehouse cost millions. I had wanted to set up a life coaching class for teens. I thought maybe if I combined the two…a grant?

Pros- healthier earth
less garbage in house- no more extra plastic bags.
no plastic handles cutting hands with heavy packages.
Cons- pain in the ass to carry them around.
If I don’t I have to go home first before shopping.

My first goal was to write a book. Wonderful thing to do. Right now it doesn’t matter. What matters is writing. It calms me, gets me focused, inspires me. It is a form of prayer. It is a way that I communicate with friends (emails) Family (mail) myself (journal) and my clients (new letters, articles, etc)
So the goal is to write. Write everyday. Continue to write.

more sleep means more health and more energy. Studies show that more sleep helps you lose weight so tonight instead of 3am it’s 1:30am then earlier tomorrow.
for now I will still wake up at 9am

get to bed early.
sleep helps a body lose weight yes. It also helps health. Just more sleep nothing else.
I have been going to bed at 3am. earliest 2am waking up at 9am
ok sometimes 9:30
sleep is important for energy. so tonight- 1:30am. tomorrow-even earlier.

a cross between turkey and shrimp. I had fried alligator tail. it was a bit salty but very good. I had my 3 year old godchildren with me and they LOVED it.

To live passionately requires downtime. Time to figure out what you want, what is the next step and time to just be.
Recently I am horrible at downtime. It moves too slowwww, I fill the time with the Internet, with TV, with unimportant chores or calls. That doesn’t do what real downtime does, time to gain energy and strength, time to relax and rejuvenate time to the best me.
How do you live passionately when you fill the quiet moments with junk? how do you re-energize?

What is done.

It is taking us forever. This is what we completed living room painted, floors refinished, bathroom painted.
We traded tools for the floor sanding and stained it ourselves. red wood.
the walls are medium blue and the trim copper.
We had the super put in two ceiling lights in the living room before it had no light.
There are two dangling light bulbs now.

be a cat burglar and be a treasure hunter.
I trained for the cat burglar job, could pick every lock in my house and those of all my friends when I was 13. Thing is stealing is dishonest so my plan was to work for an insurance company. or Interpol.
That dream has gone but the treasure hunting remains and of course part of the cat burglar dream. To be fit, agile, travel, know quality when I see it.
