Day 2
woke up with my mind racing and getting ahead with all the “stuff i hafta do today”... got tempted to do the meditation “later” but knew in the back of my head that THAT wouldn’t happen. so no matter how distracted i was, i just got up, put on the Art of Noise again, and sat with it for the entire 10 minutes. with my thoughts going so fast, it was difficult to clear my head, but i’m just glad i TRIED and sat through the whole song even if i was tempted to cut it short.
The Art of Noise

I learned from one of my yoga teachers that if you have trouble meditating on silence (or just your breathing), meditate on music. So I chose the song the Art of Noise and sat with it for the entire 10 minutes :)
