I procrastinate a lot less than I used too, but it’s still a problem. Hopefully I can conquer this in the next year!

I haven’t watched T.V. “hard-core” in weeks. It just seems really boring if I try to any more. I’ve just found better things to do, like playing tennis.

I’m set to graduate next year with the class of ‘10 as a junior. I have to take three classes online this summer but they won’t be too hard. I took two quarter classes this semester (Economics and Zoology). I feel kind of bad about zoology though because I didn’t finish the class but the teacher gave me an A anyway. He’s a little absent minded but still cool. I really wish my GPA wasn’t so bad (3.4 something), that’s going to make it hard to get any really great scholarships.

It’s been 10 days since I picked my arms but I stopped seeing improvement around day 5. Have any of you guys heard of keratosis pilaris? Could that be it? I not only have the little bumps but on my left arm the skin around the worst part is purpleish sometimes. I think my arms look best right after I get out of bed and I don’t know why. My arms usually look a lot better after I exfoliate them…should I do that more often? If you do respond thanks.

This is the beginning. I know I’ll mess up along the way but I’m so serious about not picking my arms. I made it one of my New Year’s resolutions, though I’ve done it more than a few times already…today it stops. I refuse to have to go another week wearing long sleeve shirts because I don’t want people to see my arms. Prom is in a month and I WILL see an improvement by then. I think I’ve figured out why I do it and what leads to it. For some reason if I look at my arms any time during the day, there is about a 95% chance I will pick my arms later that day. I don’t know why that is but I guess I should just avoid those situations. When I start I am fully aware of what I’m doing, I even try to talk myself out of it…but I can’t. I think that picking may release endorphins or something because I feel almost high afterward.

This is another book I’m reading for my English class. It looks good so I should probably start soon.
