Freak Out!!!!!
Back on January 31st I challenged myself to quit smoking for 6 months, which was 2 months longer than my previous longest quit. Well yesterday I finally reached that goal, with relative ease. There are NO downsides to quitting smoking. If you can get through a few weeks of feeling uncomfortable ANYONE can do it.
When I quit smoking I was at the lowest point in my life. I was suffering from crippling anxiety and a driving phobia that was keeping me housebound. I decided I needed to do something big and brave to try and jump start my life again. The first thing I decided to do was quit smoking. Well, since that day everything has just snow balled; as a result of quitting smoking I started exercising and gave up soda which drastically reduced my anxiety. Then, fueled by my success with my health I finally worked up the courage to get in a car. After many tears and panic attacks I got my drivers license and now today I am going for a job interview, my first in over two years. At the end of this week I’ll be buying my first car!
In six months I have completely turned my life around and it all started with quitting putting that poison in my body. Its easily the best thing I have ever done for myself.
Anyway, final stats for y’all
