How I did it: I previewed all homes via the internet and only looked at the serious ones being considered. Google Mapped each property to assure the photos weren't deceiveing (many were). Ended up choosing the very first house that was walked thru. Ultimately looked at 4 houses but made an offer on the first one. Read how I did it…

Worth doing at least once... 17 months ago

Take the plunge and take your significant other out to dinner in a limo. It makes an ordinary night out to dinner especially exciting and unique. You don’t have to rent one for 8 + hours, usually 3 hours is plenty enough time to go to dinner, ride around a bit and get taken home. If you’re creative during the ride around portion, you can make the night truly special and be able to check off “have sex in a limo” from your mental checklist of places to have sex :)

Sell all the extra stuff in my apartment to get some cash

Still plugging along... 20 months ago

Sold a whole lot of stuff in the past 6 months, but still have tons more to sell. I just keep thinking of all the extra money and free space that results when I do sell something and see it go out the door :)
