O.k. I screwed up this night it is 12:44 a.m. my contacts are bluring I need to go to bed. I did so good last night I went to sleep at 10:00. Well thats what I get for getting 10 hours of sleep. Goodnight! I will check back next week.

Well, I was in a little slump there for a while, but I’m back on the saddle again. Monday I went to Curves, Tue. I walked 1 hour uphills all over my subdivision (not real sure how many miles) Wed. I went to Curves again. Tomorow I plan to walk again. So, I am on my way. My weight hasn’t moved too much lately but at least it hasn’t went up either. Does anyone know if its true that the first place you loose it is the last place you gained it and so on?
