Health: Ear pain had drastically improved last week, but now its back to constant blocked feeling/ frequent mild pain. ringing sound. been almost 4months now.
Remaining things to do for health stuff: didnt end up going for the eye test , since i installed a ambient software which helps relax my eyes while on the computer.
midnight snacking still out of control. but i have started drinking milk recently and hoping it will help with resetting my sleep issue.

Sleep: getting better with sleep. usually in bed by 2.30 am on avg this month, except on weekends when its a little later.
waking ard 12pm on avg lately, so i am getting better, bt not by much. biggest change is that even if i am waking ard 12-1 these days, i am getting my morning routine and bfast still done, instead of skipping it entirely like i used to earlier.

Mind & Creativity: up-to-date w general news. have stopped reading up on biz stuff so need to get back in to it again.
week 3 of classes, need to start revising frm this week, cos im starting to lag behind.
still obsessively dreaming of a holiday later in the year for a couple of weeks now. feet are itching for travel. motivated that i might be able to make this happen

Work: mostly uptodate w projects. still need to get the combined data fr new proj, bt mostly on its way. i am spending lesser time delaying than last week, so thrs SOME progress :D

Budget: kindof on track. atm working on saving up fr repaying debts and other imp things, its slow progress bt atleast its better than last yr.

Social: most social acticity these days was w family, which is fine bt is getting a bit much at this point. some light txting w other frnds bt no actual meetups yet. i am also noticing that my conversation skills are lacking (dunno if i now learn more abt my frnds online than any long talks . wondering how to get better at that.
thr have been several bdays this month so far and the influx of cake consumption has finally died down . i can now focus on getting my fitness /diet in shape once again. things are lookign up .

Weekly Overview:
Emotional/Mental Growth: Mostly stable, not too stressed lately, bt always anxious abt deadlines and quality of work, bt at the end i am reassured im doing ok. so im trying to keep a level head at work. im also more lonely these days, and like i am losing my mental sharpness.
Physical Growth: Skipped grooming regime for a week, but im back in track this week. so feeling good abt that. i have also started dressing nicer while chilling at home since it lifts my self confidence.
Havent been walking or exercising due to sheer laziness. :/ :/
Spiritual Growth: no conscious or mindfulness in ay acticity this week, except when i am fully concentration onf any work or project .
