Day 18 / Week 2/4 : back to tracking :/

Progress so far:

Health: Ear pain had drastically improved last week, but now its back to constant blocked feeling/ frequent mild pain. ringing sound. been almost 4months now.

Remaining things to do for health stuff: didnt end up going for the eye test , since i installed a ambient software which helps relax my eyes while on the computer.

midnight snacking still out of control. but i have started drinking milk recently and hoping it will help with resetting my sleep issue.

Sleep: getting better with sleep. usually in bed by 2.30 am on avg this month, except on weekends when its a little later.

waking ard 12pm on avg lately, so i am getting better, bt not by much. biggest change is that even if i am waking ard 12-1 these days, i am getting my morning routine and bfast still done, instead of skipping it entirely like i used to earlier.

Mind & Creativity: up-to-date w general news. have stopped reading up on biz stuff so need to get back in to it again.

week 3 of classes, need to start revising frm this week, cos im starting to lag behind.
still obsessively dreaming of a holiday later in the year for a couple of weeks now. feet are itching for travel. motivated that i might be able to make this happen

Work: mostly uptodate w projects. still need to get the combined data fr new proj, bt mostly on its way. i am spending lesser time delaying than last week, so thrs SOME progress :D

Budget: kindof on track. atm working on saving up fr repaying debts and other imp things, its slow progress bt atleast its better than last yr.

Social: most social acticity these days was w family, which is fine bt is getting a bit much at this point. some light txting w other frnds bt no actual meetups yet. i am also noticing that my conversation skills are lacking (dunno if i now learn more abt my frnds online than any long talks . wondering how to get better at that.
thr have been several bdays this month so far and the influx of cake consumption has finally died down . i can now focus on getting my fitness /diet in shape once again. things are lookign up .

Weekly Overview:

Emotional/Mental Growth: Mostly stable, not too stressed lately, bt always anxious abt deadlines and quality of work, bt at the end i am reassured im doing ok. so im trying to keep a level head at work. im also more lonely these days, and like i am losing my mental sharpness.

Physical Growth: Skipped grooming regime for a week, but im back in track this week. so feeling good abt that. i have also started dressing nicer while chilling at home since it lifts my self confidence.
Havent been walking or exercising due to sheer laziness. :/ :/

Spiritual Growth: no conscious or mindfulness in ay acticity this week, except when i am fully concentration onf any work or project .

Did nothing all day, was lazy and chatted w some frnds a little bit and ate reasonably well. back pain is still quite bad, i think the pain is geting worse because of my bed, so i need to figure out a way to get that fixed , while still being within my budget.

1. Wakeup at 7am – nope. it was my bday today so didn’t try waking up early. felt like i was allowed some leeway on this day :)
2. Morning face + hair regimen – check.
3. Have my vitamins + supplements + medicines- check
4. Workout 1.5hrs – did light yoga for 10-15mins. fail.
5. Read + Catch up on news for 30-60mins – check.
6. Night-time face + hair regimen – skin was breaking out so decided to ease on the heavy moisturiser. half check.
7. Food log- fail.
8. Eat within +/- 10% of caloric needs – epic fail. ate cake for 2 days straight .
9. Make daily task list for work + home at end of day – took a day off from work obligations to just be.

4. Workout 1.5hrs – sudden miserable lower back spasms, back stiff for 24hrs, did light back stretching but thats it.

6. Night-time face + hair regimen – skin was breaking out so decided to ease on the heavy moisturiser. half check.

Day 30/Week4/4 : 30/04/13

Progress so far:

Health: Ear pain is moderating somewhat. meds seem to be helping but the progress is too mild to be noticeable.

Remaining things to do for health stuff: eye test (need to schedule it in next week!) (still havent done this yet aaaahhh)
and also, i have started eating snacks/small meals ard midnight-1am ish which has caused the recent weight gain, need to stop late night snacking altoghether!!

Didn’t even bother working out and even going for walks like prev. months. or eatign/ logging food intake over the past week due to mainly sheer laziness. which again caused me to stop keeping myself accountabel here on 43t. And work stress caused me to give in to the chocolates and biscuits and other treats on late nights which has led me to 86.5kg today :( :( But i have no excuses. it was my weak disciplin which ultimately caused the backslide in overall health progress and i have no one else to blame by myself. time to get back into accountable mode.

however, i have managed to stick to a new grooming regimen over the last week which is making me feel all kinds of wonderful. and joined the class which i had been unable last year. and its my bday tomorrow and my lovely mom baked a delicious cake for me today in advance so i am happy and motivated.

ive been snacking on poor food choices all week like cookies and chocolates. although i managed to resist the chips and cake today atleast.

also ive been avoiding getting started on a v. tedious and big work project only because it feels enormous to start. i am usually pretty good at breaking down goals into smaller manageable parts but this one is just so tedious and i dont really know how to force myself into just starting and focussing for a couple hours . instead i have been trawling youtube for a good few days just to distract myself from the enormous pressure which has been mounting on my head all week. ugh, i thought i had grown out of my procrastinaty ways after school, but it seems its still with me if not worse than ever before. :/ :/

Was down to 83.9kg earlier this week but has since then been stuffing my face with chinese takeout and ice cream (which should give a good indication of how my days are typically spent these days and makes me miserable and spiral even more gahhh).

either way, i am trying to get some other imp. grown up stuff sorted by end of may so that i can start focusing exclusively on plannign a trip later in the year. a girl can dream right ? :)

im pretty consistent with my water intake unless of course im stuck somewhere out and about with no access to bottled ater. in general im averaging abt 1.5L daily, so im feeling good abt getting this goal ticked off by dec. :)

4. Workout 1.5hrs – as i said, felt sick so went to the doctors. didnt even attempt this today. continuing fail.
5. Read + Catch up on news for 30-60mins – check. caught up on a lot of pending news over the past few days. felt pretty pleased with myself. check.

overall made a lot of progress with pending work and general office stuff. ate fairly well. need to get the remaining medical tests done soon and jump back into the daily workout schedule.
