Went down the steep tube at the swimming baths…i was still really nervous in case i had a heart attack or something
but it wasn’t as bad as i thought it would be

Change diet 18 months ago

Got sick of just eating fruit, after breaking it for my birthday, I can’t get back on the Beverley Hills Diet, even though i had lost loads of weight, so going to try Slimming World, I know the rules cause I did it before and it worked, and I can eat pretty normally on it. Was going to go to a class tonight, but I’d crashed out with my kid, so I’ll just do it without class support…cheaper that way anyway. My aim is to be 13 stone by the beginning of August, which is a loss of about 28 lbs, (will check that weight loss after I weigh myself tomorrow morning).

My list 18 months ago

Was an interesting way of finding out what I felt I was lacking in my life that enabled me to become more creative. Most of the things were life style changes, just things like trying out new things, changing my tv and radio habits, and setting myself targets for reading so many books and listening to so many cds per week. would be nice to see if anyone has more interesting lists with more creative entries. I might revise it after implementing the majority of this list if it has given me a new way of thinking outside the box.
Well worth a go though, cause now I can look at this list and do something and know that it’s part of a plan which will help me to express myself more.
