So I’ve decided to attempt to meditate in the morning and at night for 15-20 minutes each. That is my overall goal I want to achieve. But I want to take small steps to get to stage. Soooo this is how I will start for now I will be pleased if I meditate even once three times a week. Then I will progress to meditating everyday. Then I will extend it to meditating once everyday and twice three times….until I am in the habit of meditating twice a day.

So I need to make a change. Two years ago my metabolism was amazing!Working out was fun for me! It was easy to do! I didn’t ever eat healthy yet my stomach was flat. Now I have gained a bit of weight (surprisingly only about five pounds of fat, but I have lost muscle!) So it’s time to get active! I will get my flat stomach back!! So it’s time to take it one week at a time.
This week I will eat healthy and I will work out for 30 minutes each day! I’m thinking of doing Tony Hortons ten minute trainers (the thirty minute schedule). And if I’m up for it I will do some ab workouts.
My experience with meditation has been wonderful. I feel as if I have been progressing at an amazing rate although I don’t mediate regularly. I want to be a calmer person and meditation will definitely help with that.
