Goal Weight. 18 months ago

My goal weight is to be at 150-160. I dont really know how much i weigh right now but i know that i gained a bit of weight because my clothes are fitting tighter. Tommorow im gonna be up in the gym though working on my fitness.

Ive planned to start jogging. Ive jogged a couple times but i havent made it a habit yet so i dont think im done with this goal.

I plan to achieve my goal of losing 30 pounds by December. Right now I am 180 lbs and would like to be at 150 lbs. I am going to make a workout plan and hopefully stick to it.I am going to eat healthier and one day ima be at 150. Hopefully.
