What can I say, I can’t do it. The adapted plan is to keep it to one cup in the morning and try and resist the temptation to have that 3 PM cup. That’s the one that makes me feel like shit. Of course, when I work night shift I’m allowed to drink as much as necessary. I’ve just got to try and drink more water too.
