How I did it
Recent entries
well I did this for about 5 months with no cheating and no craving. Then summer came and music festivals etc, and I’ve started again socially. I’m going to stop again after my last summer music festival (since I know I can) and this will be the last time I start up again. Feel a bit stupid about starting up again, but I’m having so much fun this summer it doesn’t bug me too much.
