to see other people have this problem too. I’m 48 and have struggled with this all my life. I drive myself crazy because I will not get out of bed on time and then have to kill myself to get to work on time. Now I’m working from home and sleeping later and later, waking up 5 minutes before a phone meeting. I’m going to start keeping a log of when i go to bed and when I get up.
