I’ve lost 17 pounds since march when I started back up with this goal. My short term goal was to lose 20 pounds by the time I graduate, which is this saturday. :]
hopefully I can lose those last three by then. I just went to the gym today for the first time in three weeks. I feel like I don’t really notice that i’m losing weight. I feel like I look the same, but I have had a couple people notice.. time to kick it up a notch. :)

I haven’t been on here in quite a while.
but I suppose I should start up again. :]
I’ve been dieting for the past couple weeks, as well as going to the gym. Lost 10 pounds!!! In like, 3 weeks. :]
I’ve dropped soda and replaced it with water completely.
actually, i haven’t drank anything accept for water in almost two weeks.
today:
b:croissant-280 cals.
grapes..? -about 350.
snack: granola bar: 100 cals.
small piece of chocolate..:]
about 40 cals.
d: chicken w/ broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower . half of a small red potato.
i’ll round to about 1000 cals.
I have
12 months ago
so much homework its ridiculous.
my virtual school work is due by 12:00 tonight.
