That is a part of the weather in Toronto I am NOT fond of. I can get dressed for the day when my local weatherperson tells me it is 0 degrees Celsius but once you factor in the windchill it will feel like -20C? Not nice!

130 pounds. I walk during most of my lunch breaks at work about 40-60 minutes four times a week. I do about 90 minutes of yoga 3 times a week. I want to lose the last 10 pounds! I have to watch what I eat and do more cardio and weights. This is the toughest season….the holiday season! Let’s hope that by next year I’ll be 120! I just want to be more “tight”, I like the shape I have now. The weight doesn’t really bother me much. I want to have loads more energy!
