Well I’m down to about 10 stone now…so I’ve lost 1/2! But I’m finding it pretty hard to keep losing it. The 1/2 stone was actually very very easy to lose, I just cut out all sugar and flour from my diet for about 2 weeks and ate normally (did no exercise!) and I lost 1 stone. I fluctuate now between 10.2 and 9.12 so I’m determined to keep going and lose more! I’ve started up the exercise again too which hopefully will help.

How I did it: Well it's been a month since I last emailed him and although there are times where I wonder what he's doing and how he is and I think about asking him...I've finally gotten to the point where I can just control that urge and I don't need to go there. The feeling is great...I feel so much better now that I'm not just whining and begging after him, which I look back now and I feel so pathetic and stupid about. I am glad it's over and I can … Read how I did it…
How I did it: I just decided one day to drink more water. That's pretty much it! Drink 8 glasses of water a day. Not small glasses, the longer ones. It's not too hard...and don't worry if you're a little under. You'll need to pee a lot of your body gets used to it after a few days. Makes you a little more energized, and your skin is much, much better! Read how I did it…
How I did it: I went to Australia on a music tour and one of the options was to go skydiving...Out of a group of 40, only 6 people decided to do it - all girls. ;)Anyway, we did it at a place called Skydive the Beach, a couple of hours south of Sydney. This is my only skydiving experience but I have to say I think this is a great place to go - the people are awesome, really funny and make you feel pretty relaxed, you get a DVD with a video and pictures… Read how I did it…
