So, here I am on this path again to weight loss.
It seems everytime I feel motivated to actually do something
about my weight …im even heavier ! Yesterday I decided I wanted to change. I ate a grilled cheese, fries, brownies, sweet drink and other crap and FELT like crap at the end of the day. I had no energy and didnt feel cheerful. Today so far I’ve only eaten sushi and sashimi an apple & vitamin water and feel completely better. Not sure what im going to have for dinner yet. After work I even cleaned up the house a little ! Big news. Haha. Im not obsessed with being thin or anything but I’ve started to breathe heavily and cant even walk up stairs without getting tired. I crave healthiness. I want to feel pure. I will dance my way to weight loss ! (Choice of dance : tecktonik ) Check out tutorials for diff dances on youtube. Its fun !
