i can’t get past about 14 feet on the artificial gym wall. i live in a foreign country and i don’t know enough of the language to get proper coaching. my forearms, which are muscular, are on fire when i quit. they are literally spasming when i’m done. i work out and this is the only activity that causes this sort of reaction.

How I did it
How I did it: i used the blades to screw up my feet multiple times. then i shelled out $10 for a ped egg. my feet aren't pretty really. they are just smooth and free of hard skin. Read how I did it…

any tips? i was never good at roller blading, but i am good at contact sports. i am a very late bloomer as far as sports are concerned. i didn’t play sports at all as a kid and i was obese. i work out a lot now, but it feels like work. i really want to do something enjoyable and active. :)
I just finished paying one off. Now one more to go with about 4.5K of debt. My goal is to pay 800/mo.
