Adding supplements is great for your health as long as you a)don’t overdo it and b) pay attention.
Add one supplement at a time to see if you can notice any effects it has on you. Having blood work done before adding supplements is also good in that you learn what you’re short on and what you don’t want to overdo..

I’ve come out of my shell and have grabbed on to life and all that it has to offer. I intend to stay this way, so I feel it is safe to say that this is an accomplished “thing”.
