Should be a pretty easy week… I’m starting out easy so I can ease myself into more challenging things, I don’t want to jump in too quickly or else I won’t commit to the goal. The walking I already do, since I walk to and from classes Tues. and Thurs. and it takes 20 min to go there and another 20 come back…
