I went to the USA v Spain match in Boston in June 2011. I saw the entire Spain NT play and it was really incredible. Fernando Torres scored a goal and I was there cheering and celebrating with everyone. I will never forget that moment.

How I did it
It made me 
How I did it: I tried going vegan in a day. By the end of the day I was eating meat and cheese again. I went vegetarian for an entire year first. Then I was able to smoothly transition into a vegan diet. It took alot of hard work, but I educated myself on alot of things. I took a hard look at nutrition and discovered new recipes and healthy ways of eating. I bought a few cookbooks and even a college student's guide to vegan cooking. I’ve been going to church and thinking about God alot lately. I’m even my brother’s confirmation sponsor and had been going to confirmation classes with him. I love feeling close to God and it fills my spirit like nothing ever has.
Well, I’ve gone through tremendous personal struggles since starting my list here. I even had to take a semester off due to medical leave. But I’m back and although it doesn’t look like I will be getting a 4.0 my last semester, I am proud that I got a 3.62 last semester and made dean’s list. That is the highest gpa i ever got for a semester, so I’m happy about that. I guess that 4.0 will just have to wait for grad school!
