After some thought I decided to change this goal to 5 times a week as 7 days is a bit unrealistic. Anyhow another 30+ under my belt today, really must get scales out and start the stats monitoring

Bah.. Just under the 30min mark so need to do a bit more. Burn a few more calories! Strangely I thought the distance would be longer, not according to runkeeper.
Taken first proper walk of 2012, just over 2miles (over 30mins) through the heart of London, I love Sunday mornings in London when not many people are around. Just a shame the sun wasn’t shining..
