I’ve often wondered if it could be so….it seemed too simple to just trust my intuition. I am actually doing it now and I can’t believe how much it’s changed my life! To me intuition and conscience work together to guide you through a happy, whole life.

If you’re disciplined and you really work at it, you can really start seeing results from lifting weights like 3 times a week. Just small weights, 5-10 pounds. My upper arms are much more toned than they were when I started out….summer’s coming!
