Got all my plants and seeds planted this past weekend! Now come the daily care and maintenance.
I have everything I need to sew a cute A-line skirt—pattern, lovely embroidered linen fabric, thread. Now, I just need to get started. Today is May 29th, 2009. Can I get this done in the next 2 weeks?
I think this ties in with my goal of being mindful and living in the present moment. I know it will take much practice, but worth the effort in the long run. It seems like a simplistic and real-life way of achieving a healthy weight; less obsessive and stressful than following a pre-determined plan for eating.
