I have the opportunity next year to go from Sept-Dec next year to Finland – LUCKILY this is Christmas time which means I might be able to go and see the Northern Lights – SO excited!

Psychologists reckon it takes about 40 days for us to establish a habit. So that means if I keep exercising then it will start to become natural, and will feel weird if I haven’t done it.
