I got a contract job with a design company which I think is truly a blessing. I enjoy it so far and would love to stay if possible. Atm I’m on a contracting/freelancing arrangement which so far works out fine since I also want some time out for my own personal hobbies and developing myself as a freelancer properly.

I’ve started a daily 30-min bible study and prayer session following the IVP press study guides (http://www.ivpress.com/bible/today.php) since May 7th. I made 7-days consecutive without a miss covering the book of Joshua, although the week after that I didn’t do any study at all, missing the whole of 1 Timothy. I’ve just started doing it again today at the start of the book of Joel.
So far it’s been pretty good, but I find it hard to pick up again once missing a study, since all the studies are sequential. However, I’m not going to make that as an excuse, and shall keep working on it until I do this because I want to, not as a chore.
Also, forcing myself to do the study as soon as I turn on the computer has helped a lot. Otherwise, a procrastinator like me wouldn’t have a chance of doing something like this once I’m off the page where I’m suppose to be.
