I'm doing 28 things
Aloha everyone! Today was my first day of my 2nd master cleanse. I did my first one about 6 months ago. That one was a 10 day cleanse and this time I want to try and go for 15. This time my husband is joining me on the cleanse which is nice because neither of us will be cooking so we wont have to smell that! Its mid day right now things are fine… the SWF wasn’t quite as bad as I remember it being, last time i could barely get it down, this time was a little easier, I used a different kind of salt than last time and thought maybe it wasn’t going to work… I just needed a little patience because sure enough I had several eliminations in the following hour. Is anyone else here on day one? Good Luck for everyone on the cleanse right now! i’ll be back later!

Starting this up again! This is day one my last cleanse was 5-6 months ago… this time my husband is joining me in the cleanse I think that will make it easier! With no one cooking in the house we wont have to smell food to tempt us! Day one so far is fine the salt water wasn’t quite as bad as I remember it being… thats always nice!
Im back home in hawaii! and it is wonderful! I never ever want to move away from here permanantly… I’d miss it way too much! I love the slow pace and the aloha spirit. Nice cars and fancy clothes are way overrated! all you need is a car you dont mind getting sand in, a couple surf boards and some suits! I love it here!!!
