So worthwhile! I have no clue what I was thinking in using LiveJournal, then Blogger. It has all the bells and whistles I didn’t know existed, and it makes connectivity a breeze.
When I was about 12 or 13 I started cutting my mother’s hair and never thought it was hard to do. So most of the time now I do my own only because I’m not satisfied when I go to the hairdresser. All that’s really iportant is that hopefully when one sees my photo they don’t roll their eyes and say, “OMG she cut her own hair.”
There are four of them and honestly since the first one arrived in 1971 they have been my great delight. I can’t remember how many times I threatened to run away from home though during the time that they were little, but in reality I loved those little league, brownies, teacher conferences, haloween costumes scrapped knees, prom dresses and allergy shots, the cute little fingers and toes, and even the drama!
Most of all I guess maybe I just loved the fact that we were a family.
But if I had it to do all over again I’d hire a sitter for Saturday mornings so there would be at least some chance to catch up on my sleep!
Well the whole tabs thing has made me a quick convert. And my very tech savy 19 year old daughter said she was proud of me! And to think if I hadn’t been part of the yahoo artistamp designers group I never would have HEARD of firefox! First I downloaded it for my laptop and it’s a joy. So today the desktop computer fot “foxed” as well. It was painless and yes, absolutely well worth doing. If a grannie can, you can too!
