try indian food

I was apprehensive about trying Indian food, but several years ago, one of my clients owned an Indian restaurant and invited me to lunch at his restaurant to discuss business. I decided to start out with vegetarian items first. The peas and potatoes are so good! So is naan, the bread. Samosas are good too – they are little meat pies – either beef or chicken. i also cook come curries at home now. Whole foods has an excellent slow cooker vegetarian recipe – my dinner guests and my husband rave over it – tastes and smells so good!!

Meet the Dalai Lama
didn't meet him but I heard him speak at Rutgers in NJ 2 yrs ago there were 10,000 people there! 12 months ago

He is so interesting – simple yet profound.
