We formed a band and rented studio space so it’s official. Been belting in front of them which is a good start :)
still been keeping up fairly well with exercising. added stretching to my workout routine so that i can improve flexibility.
Have been doing abs/pushups 5-6x/week. Last week I added cardio into my routine – running for 20 minutes and did a bike ride.
