i kind of get the basics so far. i watch japanese shows to try to learn how to speak. man, those japanese dorama shows are so addicting.

this summer i was able to visit japan on a tour. it was great except the one thing that kind of freaked me out was their toilets w/ the butt washers installed in them. the ones that have two buttons where you can decide whether you wanted the shower to come from the bottom up or from the sides. Anyways the trip was fun. i tried many different types of foods and did a lot of shopping. i hope to go back really soon
