I have always wanted to do a bow and arrow! I have been stretching daily for a long time and I still can not do it. Maybe I don’t use the right technique while doing it. Also, I have balance problems so i fall over when i try to do it. I really want to master it by fall season and impress my coach! Plz give me tips on how to do it!!!!!
