I’m not huge and i have the height to carry my extra weight,but i’d like to get down to a size 14. I looked good when i was that size and being older i think i’d KNOW that i looked good. I am currently a size 20-22

doesn’t matter what i try i cannot get to sleep, i realise this tied up with my depression but I NEED SLEEP!!!!
